If you are referred to VillaRamadas GGZ by your general practitioner or medical specialist, the treatment will be reimbursed. Depending on your health insurer and the form of treatment advised by our coordinating practitioner, there will be a prior authorization for the treatment must be requested from your health insurer. This is because VillaRamadas GGZ (still) does not have contracts with health insurers. We will let you know during registration whether an authorization must be requested and how long this will take.

Because VillaRamadas GGZ does not (yet) have contracts with health insurers, the treatment is for the most part reimbursed by your health insurer. We do not charge our patients for the part that the health insurer does not reimburse. You may pay an independent personal contribution for our treatment which is not reimbursed by the health insurer. Unfortunately, because we provide uncontracted care, we cannot work with all health insurers. The health insurers that we must exclude are: DSW/Stad Holland, Salland/Zorgdirect, Zorg en Zekerheid and Ditzo for clinical treatment.

When a clinical treatment is indicated by the head of treatment, you pay an independent personal contribution of € 950.00 for the non-care related costs. Your health insurer must then agree to the authorization for treatment and accommodation. When an outpatient treatment is indicated by the coordinating practitioner, it could take place in Portugal (dependence on your health insurer and possibly with prior permission) upon payment of an independent personal contribution of € 950.00 for the trip, accommodation and non-care-related costs. Outpatient treatment in the Netherlands is of course also an option (online treatment and/or treatment on location). There is no personal contribution for outpatient treatment.

Of course it is also possible to follow a treatment without the intervention of your health insurer. You will then pay for the treatment in full yourself. Please contact us for more information and costs.

Excluded health insurers

Because VillaRamadas GGZ has no agreements with health insurers, we unfortunately cannot offer you treatment if you are insured with:

• DSW/Stad Holland
• Salland/Zorgdirect
• Zorg en Zekerheid
• Ditzo (no clinical treatment possible)
